Hello crochet lovers, from a sister crocheter! Perhaps you would like to know a little bit about Country Yarns. I opened the shop back in 1982, with a small loan from my dear mother-in-law and the shop built by my husband. He has added on to the building twice, and it is now 4 times the original size; we've since added an office trailer which holds the mail order inventory.

Being a crochet addict myself for over 50 years and a book lover, I've always kept a large inventory of patterns in the shop. The web site is a natural extension of that inventory. We carry all the Leisure Arts crochet leaflets (over 600 titles!), American School of Needlework, Heirloom Creations, Shady Lane, Susan Bates, and partial inventories of many, many other publishers. As finances allow, I will be adding other publishers' crochet titles too. Web space doesn't allow for me to put up a picture of the cover of every leaflet I have on the web site, but I am working on getting them all on disk so that I will have them available to you.

I also have an extensive inventory of out-of-print crochet titles that are limited to stock on hand. If you are looking for a particular title, please email with your questions. I'll do my best to see if it is in stock, find you another source, or let you know that it's no longer available.

Please feel free to use these listings as a catalog to either mail order from Country Yarns or special order through your local needlework/craft shop (we feel like we're an endangered species sometimes!).
