PLEASE NOTE: due to new monthly service charges from Visa/MC, I am no longer able to accept Visa/MC as payment unless you pay through Paypal.  The new service charge is just too much for the few orders I get using Visa/MC.  If this is an inconvenience to you, I'm sorry but it just can't be helped.  Thank you for understanding.

Return Policy: Because these books can be photocopied and then returned for a refund (I found this out several years ago in my shop!) my policy in the shop is no returns on books. However, when you are ordering through the mail, you don't have the opportunity to leaf through the books, so returns are accepted on a limited basis, with a 20% re-stocking fee, and you pay the return postage.
